The after effects of such a decision may be that outsourcing companies may focus on trying to attain a competitive advantage in other areas of the industry such as, delivery of household items, distribution services or any other forms of service not tapped before by any firm. I recently had to get a visa for India. I also read some of these blog entries. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to Travisa. They were friendly and efficient. I mentioned these blogs and was told that it was only on October 1st that they began this relationship. He admitted there was a lot of confusion then. However, now I can tell you the porcess is much easier.
